We’re excited to share the first phase of reimagining Vineyard’s north waterfront—a project rooted in our long-term Waterfront Master Plan and shaped by the values of our community.

This preliminary design brings together open space, natural beauty, and year-round access for everyone to enjoy. From scenic boardwalks to vibrant gathering areas, each feature is designed to reflect what makes Vineyard special: connection, recreation, and a shared future.

In partnership with world-renowned planners like Jeff Speck and DPZ, we’re reimagining over 350 acres in the heart of Vineyard. From parks and civic spaces to vibrant waterfronts and welcoming neighborhoods, every detail is designed to bring people together and build a city that works for everyone.
